At the intersection of Wilfred Barrett Drive & Red Gum Trail Start heading along Red Gum Trail (a vehicle track).
After 50 m head through/around the gate.
After another 25 m to find the car park.
Continue straight, to head along Red Gum Trail.
After another 20 m pass the sign (on your left).

After another 10 m (at the intersection of Red Gum Trail & Burrawang Walking Track) veer right, to head along Red Gum Trail.

After another 470 m (at the intersection of Wetland Trail & Red Gum Trail) turn left, to head along Red Gum Trail.

After another 620 m turn left, to head along Red Gum Trail.
After another 540 m pass a seat (7 m on your right).
Then find the "Redgum lookout" (5 m on your right).
This unnamed lookout is in the Wyrrabalong National park, north of The Entrance and provides views to the north across part of Tuggerah Lake and Toukley. The lookout is on the Redgum Trail and consists of a fenced wooden platform with a seat. This is a nice, atmospheric spot to take a break on the walk.
After another 750 m find the "Tuggerah Lake lookout" (6 m on your right).
This unnamed lookout provides views across Tuggerah Lake, north of The Entrance. The lookout is on the Redgum Trail and consists of a fenced wooden platform with a seat. the beautiful views and atmosphere make this a great spot for a break during a walk in the area.
After another 8 m pass a seat (10 m on your right).

After another 325 m (at the intersection of Lilly Pilly Loop Link Trail & Red Gum Trail) veer left, to head along Lilly Pilly Loop Link Trail.

After another 195 m (at the intersection of Lilly Pilly Loop Link Trail & Burrawang Walking Track) continue straight, to head along Lilly Pilly Loop Link Trail.

After another 420 m continue straight, to head along Lilly Pilly Loop Link Trail.

After another 720 m continue straight, to head along Lilly Pilly Loop Link Trail.
After another 830 m find the "Lilly Pilly loop rainforest" (30 m on your right).
This area of littoral rainforest is on the Lilly Pilly loop walk, in Wyrrabalong National Park, north of The Entrance. This small remnant of rainforest is dominated by cabbage palms, corkwoods and tuckeroos. There are nice views across Tuggerah lake from the edge of the forest as well.
Then find the "Tuggerah Lake vista" (15 m on your left).
This informal, unnamed spot at the edge of Tuggerah Lake, north of The Entrance, has beautiful views across the lake. These views, combined with the nearby area of rainforest, provide beautiful scenery on walks in the area.

After another 960 m (at the intersection of Lilly Pilly Loop Link Trail & Red Gum Trail) veer right, to head along Lilly Pilly Loop Link Trail.

After another 195 m (at the intersection of Lilly Pilly Loop Link Trail & Burrawang Walking Track) turn left, to head along Burrawang Walking Track (a walking track).

After another 910 m (at the intersection of Red Gum Trail & Burrawang Walking Track) veer right, to head along Red Gum Trail (a vehicle track).

After another 30 m continue straight, to head along Red Gum Trail.
