Kissing Point Rd to De Burghs Bridge

Following a section of the Great North Walk, this popular walk is well signposted and maintained. There are good views of the Lane Cove River as the track passes along the side of the ridge to the north. In several sections the track goes down to smaller creeks (some of which are polluted). Watch these creeks after rain as the boulders and small bridges can become quite slippery. Let us begin by acknowledging the Darug people, Traditional Custodians of the land on which we travel today, and pay our respects to their Elders past and present.

Getting started
From the end of Kissing Point Rd, the track heads down the asphalt management trail. The track heads down the hill passing several houses and comes to an intersection with a track going off to the left at the 'Walking and Service Trails in the Lane Cove Valley' sign.....

	After another 40 m veer left. After another 125 m cross the ford.
	After another 10 m turn right. After another 35 m pass the "Walking and Service Trails in the Lane Cove Valley" (8 m on your left).

	After another 25 m turn right. After another 80 m continue straight.
