Getting started
From the end of Latina Avenue, Seven Hills, head around/over the metal gate with yellow stripes and join the singular dirt trail into the woodland. Pass by a sheltered signpost to your left and follow the said trail parallel to Perrin Creek(to your left). 270 metres in(after a possible creek crossing), keep right as you head along the Seven Hills Circuit Track. About 315 metres later, veer/turn left. Shortly after, keep left at the fork and join the Ridge Track to continue along Ridge Peak and Seven Hills Circuit(clockwise).....

	Start heading along Latina Avenue. Find the gate at the start. Find the sign at the start. After 10 m pass a seat (5 m on your left)., has a backrest.
	After 300 m cross the ford. Continue straight, to head along Latina Avenue. After another 25 m pass a seat (on your left)., has a backrest.
	The starting point of an alternate route. An alternate route skipping the Ridge Track and Ridge Peak part, giving you the full Seven Hills Circuit track. To take the alternate route veer left here. Details below. At the intersection of Seven Hills Circuit & Latina Avenue continue straight, to head along Seven Hills Circuit (a walking track).
	After another 320 m (at the intersection of Seven Hills Circuit & Lossock Avenue) veer left, to head along Seven Hills Circuit. After another 20 m pass a seat (on your right)., has a backrest. At the intersection of Ridge Track & Seven Hills Circuit continue straight, to head along Ridge Track. After another 335 m pass the "Ridge Peak" (5 m on your right). Then pass a seat (on your right)., has a backrest.
	The alternate route finishes here. Turn left to rejoin the main route at the 1.1 km waypoint. Details below. After another 110 m (at the intersection of Seven Hills Circuit & Ridge Track) turn right, to head along Seven Hills Circuit.
	After another 135 m veer right, to head along Seven Hills Circuit. After another 140 m come to the summit. After another 90 m pass a seat (on your right)., has a backrest.
	The starting point of an optional sidetrip. An optional side trip taking you the summit of Days Hill, giving you glimpses of the city in between the trees. To start this optional side trip continue straight here. On returning from this side trip turn left when you get back to this intersection. Details below. After another 15 m turn right, to head along Seven Hills Circuit. After another 70 m pass a seat (60 m on your left)., has a backrest. After another 10 m pass the "Days Hill" (55 m on your left).
	The starting point of an alternate access track. An alternate access point from/to Balmerino Drive, Carina. Details below. After another 195 m continue straight, to head along Seven Hills Circuit. After another 6 m pass a seat (on your left)., has a backrest.
	After another 205 m continue straight, to head along Seven Hills Circuit. After another 15 m continue straight, to head along Seven Hills Circuit.
	After another 30 m cross the ford. Continue straight, to head along Seven Hills Circuit.
	After another 45 m (at the intersection of Seven Hills Circuit & Gully Track) continue straight, to head along Seven Hills Circuit. After another 6 m pass a seat (on your left)., has a backrest. After another 10 m turn right, to head along Seven Hills Circuit. After another 8 m cross the bridge (about 7 m long) After another 10 m cross the ford. After another 160 m pass a seat (on your left)., has a backrest.
	After another 160 m (at the intersection of Seven Hills Circuit & Ridge Track) veer left, to head along Seven Hills Circuit. After another 15 m (at the intersection of Seven Hills Circuit & Lossock Avenue) veer right, to head along Seven Hills Circuit.
	The starting point of an alternate route. An alternate route skipping the Ridge Track and Ridge Peak part, giving you the full Seven Hills Circuit track. To take the alternate route turn sharp right here. Details below. After another 320 m (at the intersection of Latina Avenue & Seven Hills Circuit) continue straight, to head along Latina Avenue (a vehicle track).
	After another 15 m continue straight, to head along Latina Avenue.
	After another 255 m come to the end.

An optional side trip taking you the summit of Days Hill, giving you glimpses of the city in between the trees.
