Little Zig Zag & Rienits Pass Circuit

Starting from the end of Kanimbla Valley Road, Mount Victoria, this circuit track takes you to Pulpit Rock and beyond via the Rienits Pass and Little Zig Zag tracks, optionally visiting Bushrangers Cave and more along the way. The Little Zig Zag & Rienits Pass Circuit is a well-marked trail that begins at Pulpit Rock, an iconic hat-shaped rock that offers stunning views of Kanimbla Valley. Along the way down the said valley, rock climbers will appreciate the bolts embedded into the surrounding cliffs. You can take a quick side trip to see the Bushrangers Cave. The cave has an unverified story about four prisoners hiding there in the early 1800s. Still, it's worth visiting for its unusual pinkish pathway and lovely honeycomb weathering of the walls, even though the story may not be accurate. The track passes by Wilson's Glen, a magnificent gully with prehistoric-like flora. Don't forget the check the fantastic rock formations out. Keep in mind that there may be fallen trees along the track. Let us begin by acknowledging the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we travel today, and pay our respects to their Elders past and present.

After another 65 m (from the Little Zig Zag Track) continue straight, to head along Little Zig Zag Track. After another 165 m (from the Little Zig Zag Track) continue straight, to head along Little Zig Zag Track.
	After another 65 m (from the Little Zig Zag Track) turn right, to head along Little Zig Zag Track.
	The starting point of an optional sidetrip. This side trip takes you to a viewpoint where you can get great southerly views. To start this optional side trip turn left here. On returning from this side trip continue straight when you get back to this intersection. Details below. After another 80 m (from the Little Zig Zag Track) turn right, to head along Little Zig Zag Track. Then pass the sign (on your left).
	After another 105 m (from the Little Zig Zag Track) turn left, to head along Little Zig Zag Track. Then pass the sign (on your right). After another 100 m pass the sign (on your left).
	The starting point of an optional sidetrip. This little side trip takes you to Bushrangers Cave. To start this optional side trip veer left here. On returning from this side trip turn left when you get back to this intersection. Details below. From the Rienits Pass turn right, to head along Rienits Pass.
	After another 175 m (from the Rienits Pass) turn left, to head along Rienits Pass. After another 330 m pass the sign (7 m on your right).
	From the Rienits Pass veer left, to head along Rienits Pass.
	After another 760 m cross the ford. From the Rienits Pass continue straight, to head along Rienits Pass.
	The starting point of an optional sidetrip. This side trip takes you to a lovely little waterfall. To start this optional side trip turn right here. On returning from this side trip continue straight when you get back to this intersection. Details below. After another 135 m (from the Rienits Pass) continue straight, to head along Rienits Pass.
	After another 200 m cross the ford. From the Rienits Pass continue straight, to head along Rienits Pass. After another 65 m (from the Rienits Pass) continue straight. After another 7 m pass the sign (on your right).
	The starting point of an optional sidetrip. This side trip takes you to another viewpoint with southerly views. To start this optional side trip turn left here. On returning from this side trip turn left when you get back to this intersection. Details below. After another 190 m veer right. After another 255 m come to the "Pulpit Rock" (15 m on your left). Then pass the sign (on your left).
	Veer right. After another 40 m pass the sign (on your left). From the Little Zig Zag Track turn right, to head along Little Zig Zag Track (a vehicle track).
	Continue another 65 m to find from the Kanimbla Valley Road at the end.

This little side trip takes you to Bushrangers Cave.

	After another 30 m veer left. Then come to the "Bushrangers Cave". After another 8 m continue straight. After another 10 m come to the end. Turn around and retrace your steps back the 55 m to the main route.

This side trip takes you to a viewpoint where you can get great southerly views.
