Directions	From Great Western Highway, A32 Turn on to Parke Street, BMD then drive for 105 m At roundabout, take exit 1 onto Bathurst Road, BMD and drive for another 165 m At roundabout, take exit 1 onto Gang Gang Street, BMD and drive for another 105 m Turn right onto Lurline Street, BMD and drive for another 800 m Turn left onto Merriwa Street and drive for another 530 m Continue onto Cliff Drive, BMD and drive for another 225 m Turn left and drive for another 9 m

Getting started
From the top of the stairs, this walk follows Cliff Drive down the gentle hill towards the point, passing the restaurant and the sandstone pillar, to the signposted intersection of the Prince Henry Cliff Walk.....

	Start heading along Cliff Drive. Leura parking (about 9 m back from the start). After 70 m come to the "Solitary Kiosk and Restaurant". Solitary Kiosk and Restaurant Solitary Kiosk and Restaurant Solitary Restaurant offers fine dining in a heritage-listed building overlooking the beautiful Jamison Valley, as well as housing a kiosk for a more casual lunch. The kiosk is open for lunch 7 days a week, from 10am to 4pm (opens 11am weekdays in winter). The restaurant is open for lunch 7 days from 12-4.30pm, and dinner on Fridays and Saturdays from 6pm. Light lunches start from $14, and dinners from $55 for a mouth-watering 2 course meal. 	At the intersection of Prince Henry Cliff Walk & Cliff Drive turn right, to head along Prince Henry Cliff Walk (a walking track). After another 25 m head down the steps (about 10 m long)
	Turn left, to head along Prince Henry Cliff Walk. After another 35 m find the "Fossil Rock" (5 m on your left). Fossil Rock Fossil Rock Fossil Rock is a fenced lookout along Prince Henry Cliff Walk, near Katoomba. The lookout is close to Cliff Drive and gives great views along the Jamison Valley and over Mount Solitary, and along the far end of Kings Tableland. The sandstone floor of the lookout is mostly natural and has a few steps cut in it. The rock provides some natural sculptures to enjoy. + - Fossil Rock is a fenced lookout along Prince Henry Cliff Walk, near Katoomba. The lookout is close to Cliff Drive and gives great views along the Jamison Valley and over Mount Solitary, and along the far end of Kings Tableland. 	The starting point of an optional sidetrip. An optional side trip to Bridal Veil Lookout. To start this optional side trip continue straight here. On returning from this side trip turn left when you get back to this intersection. Details below. After another 15 m turn right.
	(Copelands Lookout) Continue another 205 m to find the end. Then turn around here and retrace the main route for 360 m to get back to the start. About 30 m past the end is "Copelands Lookout". Copelands Lookout Copelands Lookout Copelands Lookout is a great viewing point with a short, sandstone wall around much of it. 	After another 15 m turn sharp right. After another 75 m come to "Bridal Veil Lookout". Bridal Veil Lookout Bridal Veil Lookout Bridal Veil Lookout provides a great views over Leura Forest and the Jamison Valley. Mount Solitary stands proudly in the distance. In keeping with its name, there are views of Bridal Veil Falls to the east. 	Continue another 0 m to find Bridal Veil Lookout at the end. "Bridal Veil Lookout". Turn around and retrace your steps back the 85 m to the main route.
