Arrived at Cradle yesterday about noon. Went for a walk on the Dove Lake Circuit in wet weather.

Weather cleared about 5pm so walked the circuit a second time for great views of Cradle.

The 12km walked was a great warm-up for our walk.

Yes. Not much of a lunch, is it. Should have had some chips as well.

Good one Flatfoot. Good weather in the nicest place and at the start of The finest walk in the country! It can be difficult to express in words as anything other than what it is but I can still understand the excitement. (Perhaps hard to understand if all you see is numbers  ) I'd expect by now youll be getting that other type of good weather  Anyhow, all the best/hope it went well?
