Faulkner

Postby MJD » Sun 27 Jun, 2010 5:18 pm

Here's a view of the Wellington Range from the summit of Faulkner. There was still frost up there in the afternoon! I have also included a shot of the summit cairn for all those who have struggled to get there for various reasons as well as a shot of the infamous mountain from the eastern shore.

At least I waited for the full moon to set before heading up there!

I know the moon sets between Wello summit and Mt Arthur from my house - just magic this morning.
Think I would have preffered it from where you were though- Faulkner is on the Western end of my view and is teasing me at present!
