Anyone been up East portal in the last year or so??
My extremely informed source tells me a landslide occured here around 2 years ago and isnt sure if anyone has been up since?

Apparently not and any questions you have about route finding then, at this rate, you will be able to answer yourself....... if you return of course :twisted:

East Portal on the way to Fedders (federation peak)
And he means we are gonig in there at Xmas time and at this rate will will find out for ourselves (no-one has responded to my question of access) providing I survive the descent of fedders..... Thanks for the show of confidence MJ :x

Ok I will answer myself!
No problem at all!! Just stay above the landslip, along the ridge line. It IS scrubby and it is harder than chapman says in his book. Took us 2 hrs to get there and much less staying along the ridge on the way back!!

DO NOT attempt this is near 40 degree heat...........
