Just going back to Tony's photo of the 84 year old/young - very inspiring - and his t-shirt message: " I'm too busy, can I ignore you some other time?" Man, that is DEEP....and worn by an 84 year old! Not surprising that he's still out there running. (It didn't have a question mark but should have, so I put one in.)

I walked the Lake Marion track (well part of anyway) around five years ago, so may have been some changes. I recall a fairly easy walk, basically flat and a bit like the OLT between Bert Nichols and Narcissus for conditions underfoot. I didn;t make it to the lake as on of the creek crossings was very deep and not jumpable (for me anyway). Probably quite good for trail running.
