Getting started
From Binna Burra Mountain Lodge Campsite, head away from the teahouse as you keep Binna Burra Road to your left, skirting the open grassy area (to your left as well). Once you find the green directional signpost, turn right as you follow the signage for “Ships Stern Circuit” then cross Bell Bird Creek. Stay on the said track as you cross multiple creeks to continue along Binna Burra to Woonoongoora Track.....

Binna Burra Teahouse (about 35 m back from the start). Mo-Fr 09:30-15:30 Sa 07:30-20:00 Su 07:30-16:00 Find the Binna Burra Mountain Lodge Campsite at the start. After 205 m pass the car park (10 m on your left). After another 10 m pass the sign (on your left).
	Turn right, to head along Ship's Stern Circuit. After another 195 m cross the ford.
	The starting point of an optional sidetrip. This optional side trip takes you to the Bellbird Lookout for better views over the valley. Can take around 15 minutes out & back. To start this optional side trip turn sharp left here. On returning from this side trip turn left when you get back to this intersection. Details below. After another 260 m (at the intersection of Ship's Stern Circuit & Bellbird Lookout) continue straight, to head along Ship's Stern Circuit. After another 10 m pass the sign (9 m on your right). After another 165 m cross the ford. After another 65 m cross the ford. After another 750 m pass the "Chiminya Falls" (50 m on your right). After another 190 m pass the sign (7 m on your right). Then pass the sign (25 m on your right). Then pass a seat (25 m on your right). Then come to the "Koolanbilba Lookout" (25 m on your right).
	Turn left, to head along Ship's Stern Circuit. After another 440 m pass the "Chiminya Falls" (20 m on your left). After another 155 m come to the "Koolanbilba Cave". After another 220 m come to the "Yangahla Lookout" (30 m on your left).
	Turn right, to head along Ship's Stern Circuit. After another 8 m pass the sign (6 m on your left). After another 190 m cross the ford. After another 315 m cross the ford. After another 175 m come to the "Wojigumai Cave". After another 140 m cross the ford. After another 65 m cross the ford.
	After another 155 m (at the intersection of Ship's Stern Circuit & Lower Bellbird Circuit) turn left, to head along Lower Bellbird Circuit. After another 10 m pass the sign (on your right). After another 1.8 km come to the "Bellbird Lookout" (140 m on your left). After another 830 m pass the sign (6 m on your left).
	At the intersection of Gold Coast Hinterland Great Walk & Lower Bellbird Circuit turn right, to head along Gold Coast Hinterland Great Walk.
	After another 2.7 km continue straight, to head along Gold Coast Hinterland Great Walk.
	After another 1.6 km continue straight, to head along Gold Coast Hinterland Great Walk.
	After another 5 m continue straight, to head along Gold Coast Hinterland Great Walk.
	After another 6 m continue straight, to head along Gold Coast Hinterland Great Walk.
	After another 710 m (at the intersection of Nerang Murwillumbah Road & Gold Coast Hinterland Great Walk) turn left, to head along Nerang Murwillumbah Road (a road).
	After another 270 m continue straight, to head along Nerang Murwillumbah Road. After another 15 m cross the bridge (about 35 m long) After another 1 km cross the Priens Crossing (about 45 m long)
	After another 1.5 km continue straight, to head along Nerang Murwillumbah Road.
	After another 380 m continue straight, to head along Nerang Murwillumbah Road. After another 25 m pass the "Fudge Cafe" (25 m on your right).
	After another 2 m continue straight, to head along Nerang Murwillumbah Road.
	After another 125 m continue straight, to head along Nerang Murwillumbah Road. After another 20 m pass the toilet (50 m on your left).
	After another 30 m (at the intersection of Nerang Murwillumbah Road & Gold Coast Hinterland Great Walk) continue straight, to head along Gold Coast Hinterland Great Walk (a vehicle track).
	After another 35 m continue straight, to head along Gold Coast Hinterland Great Walk.
	After another 1.2 km (at the intersection of Yauns Break & Gold Coast Hinterland Great Walk) turn left, to head along Gold Coast Hinterland Great Walk.
	After another 330 m (at the intersection of Chesters Road & Gold Coast Hinterland Great Walk) continue straight, to head along Chesters Road (a vehicle track).
	After another 670 m (at the intersection of Chesters Road & Yauns Break) continue straight, to head along Chesters Road.
	After another 140 m (at the intersection of School House Break & Chesters Road) continue straight, to head along Chesters Road.
	After another 10 m (at the intersection of Chesters Road & Gold Coast Hinterland Great Walk) veer left, to head along Gold Coast Hinterland Great Walk (a vehicle track). After another 6 m climb over the stile.
	After another 840 m (at the intersection of Waterfall Creek Break & Gold Coast Hinterland Great Walk) turn left, to head along Gold Coast Hinterland Great Walk. After another 230 m cross the ford.
	After another 810 m continue straight, to head along Gold Coast Hinterland Great Walk.
	After another 350 m continue straight, to head along Gold Coast Hinterland Great Walk. After another 440 m pass the toilet (10 m on your right).
	Turn right. After another 15 m pass the sign (8 m on your left).
	After another 90 m come to "Woonoongoora Walkers Camp". The end.

This optional side trip takes you to the Bellbird Lookout for better views over the valley. Can take around 15 minutes out & back.

  Due to significant fallen trees and landslide which is obstructing the track and impeding safe visitor access, the West Canungra Creek circuit in the Green Mountains section of Lamington National Park is only partially open in a clockwise direction to Yerralahla Pool (Blue Pool).
