Getting started
From Delicia Road(just west of the Pencil Creek Road intersection), head towards the gate that is marked by a green signpost along the dirt path. Head over/around the gate to join the singular walking track that takes you deeper into the woodland. Follow the said track as it leads you towards Gheerulla Falls to continue along Gheerulla Creek Circuit(counterclockwise). This is the described direction of travel and features a steep ascent.....

	At the intersection of Delicia Road & Sunshine Coast Hinterland Great Walk Start heading along Sunshine Coast Hinterland Great Walk (a walking track).
	The starting point of an optional sidetrip. This little side trip takes you to Gheerulla Falls, where you can cool off in the rock pool formed by the waterfall. To start this optional side trip continue straight here. On returning from this side trip turn right when you get back to this intersection. Details below. After another 1.3 km (at the intersection of Sunshine Coast Hinterland Great Walk & Gheerulla Falls Access Track) turn left, to head along Sunshine Coast Hinterland Great Walk.
	The starting point of an optional sidetrip. This side trip takes you to a viewpoint near the Ubajee Walkers Camp. Can add more than an hour to your trip. To start this optional side trip veer right here. On returning from this side trip error >360 when you get back to this intersection. Details below. After another 340 m (at the intersection of Sunshine Coast Hinterland Great Walk & Great Walk) turn left, to head along Great Walk.
	The starting point of an optional sidetrip. This side trip takes you to the Gheerulla Campground, crossing the creek along the way. Keep left at the end to find the campsite. To start this optional side trip turn right here. On returning from this side trip error >360 when you get back to this intersection. Details below. After another 6.2 km continue straight, to head along Great Walk.
	After another 230 m (at the intersection of Sunshine Coast Hinterland Great Walk (Sam Kelly Road Exit) & Great Walk) turn left, to head along Sunshine Coast Hinterland Great Walk (a footpath). After another 2.7 km pass the "Mount Thilba Thalba" (25 m on your right). After another 305 m come to the "Thilba Thalba Viewpoint" (105 m on your left).
	Continue straight, to head along Sunshine Coast Hinterland Great Walk. After another 1.4 km come to the "Thilba Thalba Walkers Camp". After another 45 m come to the viewpoint (20 m on your left).
	Continue straight, to head along Sunshine Coast Hinterland Great Walk.
	The starting point of an optional sidetrip. This optional side trip takes you to a viewpoint where you can get great northerly views. Can add up around 10 minutes to the journey. To start this optional side trip continue straight here. On returning from this side trip continue straight when you get back to this intersection. Details below. After another 2.5 km turn sharp right, to head along Sunshine Coast Hinterland Great Walk.
	After another 3.3 km (at the intersection of Delicia Road & Sunshine Coast Hinterland Great Walk) veer left, to head along Sunshine Coast Hinterland Great Walk.
	After another 130 m continue straight, to head along Sunshine Coast Hinterland Great Walk.
	After another 800 m come to the end.

This little side trip takes you to Gheerulla Falls, where you can cool off in the rock pool formed by the waterfall.

	At the intersection of Gheerulla Falls Access Track & Sunshine Coast Hinterland Great Walk Start heading along Gheerulla Falls Access Track (a walking track). After another 95 m come to "Gheerulla Falls".
	The end. Turn around and retrace your steps back the 95 m to the main route.

This optional side trip takes you to a viewpoint where you can get great northerly views. Can add up around 10 minutes to the journey.

This side trip takes you to the Gheerulla Campground, crossing the creek along the way. Keep left at the end to find the campsite.

This side trip takes you to a viewpoint near the Ubajee Walkers Camp. Can add more than an hour to your trip.
