Surprised you got up so far. Still snow on our hills down here today. I tried to get up Hartz yesterday, had to turn around a few hundred metres past the turn off. THICK snow!!

I drove to the top, but came back down to get under the cloud - could only be done with a 4WD though.

Ah the race to 100. I haven't really made any ground for quite some time.
These photo's make me want to get into the Denisons. I'll wait for the snow to melt first though. Thumbs and Wright are definately on the cards for mid summer.

Thumbs is a fun walk, one of my top 5 summits for sure.
You'd need someone handy in a 4wd for access there tho Paz!! Unless you went in from Tims track..........

Weren't you meant to catch me 3-4 mnths ago..??
If you grab all the peaks in the Anne Circuit plus Weld and Olympus you'll be getting close
You'll need to break a leg or two of mine as well....

I probably should have, but I had a bit of a drought there for a while. If all goes to plan, Frenchmans will be my 100th on November 11.

I thought PB was going to be your 100th??
Chane your mind a fair bit dont ya?

I have no intentions of Weld or Olympus in the near future. The plan was originally to go to PB, but it don't think I'll make it down there until Easter. I got points faster than anticipated.
