Moving along we eventually get to Burgess Bluff?
Wed 21 Sep, 2022 9:56 am
We do, and I did, and that was where I was. Over to you once again.
Wed 21 Sep, 2022 12:37 pm
I was trying to line it up from reverse shots I had from Fedders.

Yes O rapid responder.

It's been on my mind lately. Time for another attempt at traversing Gould.

Time for a clue: the lump I'm on isn't the only thing with this name.
Thu 22 Sep, 2022 7:05 pm
you seem to be south/south west of the frog. Given the clue, South Darwin Peak?
Thu 22 Sep, 2022 7:35 pm
That isn't the frog we're looking at. When I said I was continuing on a theme it wasn't just about the black and white.

Beecroft?
Mon 26 Sep, 2022 3:10 pm
I didn't think it would be so hard, with 2 very popular Abels (and possibly another one) in view. The descriptively named peak we were climbing isn't one.

Sorry, Rexy. Missed this - but not Beecroft. We were further away from the Abels in view.

Pretty sure that lower peak left of centre is Cripps, so maybe you're on Rocky Sugarloaf? I really have to get the finger out and do that.

Rocky SL it is. Just make sure you go up the nice open button grass lead, avoiding the throw-the-body-into-the-cutting-grass/bauera/tea tree, extract oneself, and repeat ad infinitum method.

I was thinking of doing a loop over via Pearse and then going down the lovely open buttongrass lead. Although, does it really count if you don't get stuck in the cutting grass and bauera for at least one stretch?
HHmmm, no more old zoom B&W on Fedders handy, so will have to try something else ...
