I'd never been there but always wanted to have a look. So, when the opportunity presented itself I took some time out from a visit to my family to go and see the fabled Lamington National Park.
My walk was chosen for me by a fellow member Maurice and thus it was that we embarked on the Coomera Falls Loop from Binna Burra Lodge.
After 1.9kms the trail splits and we went right, down the section that takes you initially to Coomera Falls and one of the better views of the park. Once you reach there after about 4kms it just becomes waterfall central for around the next 6-7 kms. Truly a wonderful walk that ended up taking us around 7 1/2 hours, 1 1/2 of those due to my picture taking, samples of which I have included here.
Hope you enjoy, cheers, Ian
