I love stumbling upon things like this. Probably the only positive in lockdown, I've been forced to explore very locally and found some hidden gems.
For Tasmania I believe there remain a number of old hut ruins around kunanyi. Reminds me a bit of Wellington Falls locality?

You got the Wellington Range part correct, but it's a way from Wellington Falls.
