Sorry guys, a bit slow to get going this morning. Yes it is from Projection Bluff.
That direction looks about right eggs, based on my recollection as it was a number of years ago.
I took a variety of shots in different directions and zoom settings, mainly from around the top of the escarpment above the road.

The protruding Little Hugel confirmed my thinking after I checked a very similar photo I'd taken.
