Good points. Add fuses, tiny cost and space. I try to remember to ask for the old fan belt and radiator hoses if changed during a major service; they will have stretched a little and be easier to use. I remember being told once that changing a tyre (and possessing a first-aid certificate) are requirements for a driver's licence in Germany... bring it on.
