new Zealand category for local forum ?

give new zealand it's own category instead of lumping it in with International?

Seems to be reasonable request. I'll discuss it with other admins.

If you can add a post to this topic that includes a list of URLs that are currently in the 'International' forum that would be moved to a 'NZ' forum (if it existed) that would help to persuade us (if there were enough and regular topics) and would also help us to move topics if/when the new forum is created.

New Zealand gets lumped in with Other States in the photo comp so I agree it deserves a forum of its own. I think it'd be choice.

I agree too, lots of Australians go over there, ask for advice, make trip reports (not to mention actual members from NZ) and it's mixed in with Europe, the US, Nepal etc... whereas about 40% of the topics in the international section are about NZ. Just a quick look in that section will convince you.

actually the australian states are only other states of NZ especially considering most of nz's population is in aus... :D

actually nzers arent entitled to the dole or any benefits in the western island.... at least not for the first few years of living there. i think it's what the govt call sorting out the wheat from the chaff..... see who the boomberangs are....

They are entitled to the Baby Bonus and Family Tax Benefit (currently...)
