I hope you all have a merry (in the traditional sense), happy, blessed and safe Christmas day tomorrow, and a great holiday for those with a bit of time off.
I'll be checking in occasionally during the holiday period, but will be going away for a couple of days here and there over the next week or two. Including meeting another forum member over at Swansea.

I would like to add my best wishes also to all members of the forum. Make sure you all stay safe over the holiday break (and on into the future)
After a few days with family , I will have a (probably solo) walking fishing trip in the western lakes, followed by a trip on the west coast wilderness railway, then some back blocks driveng (and 4w driving )on the west coast. That will be followed by a few days walking.
MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL FORUM MEMBERS

All the best to everyone and hopefully the weather will be kind to us so we can all go walking.
As for me, I am the lucky parent taking five giggly teenage girls out for a few nights camping!

That's a really nice trip, spectacular through the King River Gorge.
Christmas dinner today with extended family, probably sipping a nice Merlot. Flying to Lonny tomorrow night then off to the Walls for a week. Yippie!
Wishing a very happy and safe Christmas to all forum members

Forgot to mention that we will be joining FF and his wife on the train trip and that we will have an expert Guide in corvus junior who is a driver/fireman on the steam Abt section(he wont be driving on that trip) as we intend to fully enjoy "the premier class " with all its yummy Tassie food and Delicious wines.
