The product poses a risk of burns and explosion because it is made inaccurate in many details, e.g. gaskets, surface towards gaskets. This may lead to gas leakage and fire from e.g. beneath the nozzle and the change between hose and tube.

One incident reported.

A text book example of why you should always double check a product before purchasing or using it. This is especially true when you have fuel sources combined with naked flames (ie. a stove), and typically when they are pumped out of China as a "no-name brand".
