Yep - brilliant weather. Five trips there over 25 years, and I've had a bit of everything. Torrential rain, flooded Gordon River, 1 metre waves on the lake, winds to knock you off your feet, and calm, sunny, to-die-for weather. That's the south-west for you :D

Great photos. You got some great (lack of) depth of field on those plant close ups. They turned out well.

Thanks HH & Dave - yes, the sun was with us 3 out of 4 days. It's been a fickle summer, but I somehow managed to walk in it lots :mrgreen:

The (lack of) depth of field in the flora photos is pretty much down to using the macro setting. I know how to get okay landscape DOF, but don't always get it right with close-ups. That's where macro is sometimes handy. That and a nice lens,
