Subtropical viewpoint...retired runners after 500kms.

Av Pack weight 8kg.
Tracks...gravel, dry & wet clay, water crossings, mud, leaf litter, moss covered tree trunk highways & rock hopping upstream.

The soft grippy tread under the ball of foot lasted until 300km. After that, noticeably minor slips on ascent & descent through to 500km.

Cloudlike cushiony mid sole, comfy good, still intact no separation. Occasional rock gets jammed in the open heel area, between the tread.

Mesh upper lasted. Breathes, Pumps out water after river crossings & dries quick.

Lightweight... and also comes in 'Wide'.
You might go through a few pairs on a long American or Aussie thru-hike though.

Looking for something with more tread life...Inov's next.
