[WTB] Snow Pulk or ideas on DIY

I'm a bit stumped at the moment on finding a snow pulk or equivalent for a planned snow show Pretty Valley etc.

I busted my last one (1st attempt at DIY) - it was a kids toboggan - but the bum was ripped out of it by the end of the snow shoe trip @ Mt Stirling last August - poor snow cover... All I can see online for 'pulk/sled' are similar.

I'm not expecting many sellers for a pulk, but if you have any left-field ideas - eg: successful conversion of a plastic Gardening Cart - please get in touch.

Otherwise I have a relative that can weld aluminium to make one, but it seems like over-kill.
