[WTB] Sleeping Mat suit Child

Hi All. Planning to take my 3 year old son for his first overnighter soon and am in need a sleeping mat for him. Prefer insulated inflatables, largely because I know if he has a bad experience he will never want to go again, but will consider all options. What does everyone have available?

Snow in Spring or local?
I have my old 3/4 Thermarest here [ somewhere] not really being used, the 32mm thick version
Happy for you to borrow as a trial first if you come and pick-up
