I've only used it a few times but found it to be a good shelter, I'm 6'4" and fit comfortably in the tent. Setup is very simple.
Tent will include 6 titanium sheppard's hook stakes (5 required + 1 spare).
Overall the condition is as new when purchased. When I purchased the tent I had it seam sealed, to be honest the seam sealing is a bit ugly, it's functional, but you should look at the pictures to see what I mean. If I were planning to keep this tent I'd remove the old seam sealer on the black polyester section and add some new seam sealer, though that would be largely for aesthetic reasons. I have a tube of seam sealer that I can include as part of the sale if desired.
I'm selling as I've upgraded to a cuben tent and this one won't see much use now.
