I'm heading off to the Indian Himalaya in May/June where the temperature will vary from 48C to below freezing and I'm wanting to take a versatile sleeping system. I have the idea of taking a thermal liner, the EE 20F quilt and an Aldi quilt. Thing is the Aldi quilt is slippery and I would like to find a way that I can attach it to the EE quilt, so it doesn't fall off in the night. I'm thinking attaching it in 4 places might suffice, but I'm wondering what might be the be the best way to do this?Press studs would probably work, (but I've never used them) or perhaps Velcro tabs? I'm also wondering if I could attach the elastic strap that came with the EE quilt, but I seem to have mislaid it....

Anyone any bright ideas?
Cheers,
Adrian
