New stuff sack, pole bag and peg bag for my Double Rainbow

Sun 09 Feb, 2020 5:36 pm

It's pissing down and nothing much to do so I tarted up my double rainbow set up.

I prefer to stuff my tents and keep the poles seperate. A couple of years ago I got rid of the top strut and replaced it with an alloy pole I could just clip on

DCF roll top skinny dry bag and super skinny pole bag made from 1 Oz DCF. I mage the peg bag from the tougher 1.43oz DCF because pointy.

I use a polychro groundsheet and always take 8pegs and a repair sleeve. Al fits well.

Turned out ok.

Nice mods.
I don't see the point of "skinny" milk so I like that you drink full cream.
(my grandparents were the last in the family to be high country farmers, but I grew up drinking milk that came from cows...)

Yes, only full cream for me, totally agree.

Never had it straight from the cow though.

Don't get me started on lite sour cream......
