Silnylon and Cuben Handcarried from US

Postby ncharlier » Fri 09 Mar, 2012 12:23 am

I hear silnylon and Cuben are expensive for Australians due to the shipping costs (not to mention Cuben is pretty pricey to begin with). I'm coming to Australia in April and travelling around. I'm already planning to bring some stuff, and I can always make room for more. Anybody want some? thru-hiker.com, questoutfitters.com, therainshed.com, seattlefabrics.com all carry silicone-coated ripstop. thru-hiker has less colour selection, but theirs is supposed to be the most waterproof. The other places have an amazing array of colours.

I am not looking to make money on this--just filling up some space in my luggage and trying to help out. If anybody is interested, let me know, either via this site or at paperhater AT sbcglobal DOT net. I can pay up front and you can pay me when I get it to you. (My last day at home is 26 March, so would need to work out sending orders to make sure of receiving stuff by then.)

Cheers!
