A different view of some bushwalking areas

Postby tastrax » Mon 06 Jun, 2011 10:46 pm

OK, so its not really bushwalking but what a way to see some of those remote beaches and other coastal features around Australia

I really would love the Strahan to Hobart leg of this journey but have a few worries about the weather (and the increasing bids...but it is a good cause)!
Cheers - Phil

Thanks for posting this Phil - had been meaning to donate but hadn't got around to it, so your link made it easy.
Looks like a few people agree with you about Strahan to Hobart, but it could be a wild ride!

It would certainly be a great trip. Especially the west coast beaches, SW Cape, out near Maatsuyker Island and coming around SE Cape. If only I had that cash to spare! It rapidly went up from $500 to $1500 and is now the third highest priced leg in the whole journey.

Good on Rob for supporting such a great cause.
Cheers - Phil
