TasMaps digital download-get printed on waterproof 'paper'?

Now that the TasMap 1:25k maps are available as digital downloads but aren't being re-printed, I'm hoping someone has found a place that will print them on waterproof 'paper'. 10 years ago I bought (and have since 'misplaced') maps for the Larapinta Trail that were printed on a delightful ultra-thin, super-light, tear-&-water-proof 'paper', and I'd like to find this printer or someone else who can do the job.
I did call the TasMap crew 10 years ago to suggest they have an option to get maps printed on similar paper, but 'nah, it'd cost too much'; though soon after Overland 1:50k maps became available on JPP synthetic, at around $16, or 20% less than map+laminating. I've emailed to ask for the contact details of their printer.
Any help appreciated!
