Flint and Steel to Whitehorse Beach

Is there a low level track linking Flint and Steel Beach to Whitehorse Beach in Ku-ring-gai Chase NP?

It's a while since I did it but I recall some rock-hopping and there being not so much a track as a bit of a pad here and there.
