Tried lots of different boots, lacing techniques....etc...
I really don't want to give up bushwalking so any tips on how to prevent/and/or alleviate symptoms and pain would be greatly appreciated.
Used to be able to hike for at least a couple of hours before symptoms started, now.......
Must say, the last hour or two, first day, of the OT is excruciating and has me in tears every year.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
Just, please, don't tell me to stop walking
