AAWT guide book

Postby rocketrm2 » Sun 05 Oct, 2014 11:29 am

Have come across a book which compliments the standard book by the Chapmans and J Sisemen, Australian Alps Walking Track.
Titled "TAKE A WALK in the Kosciuszko National Park" "Includes Australian Alps Walking Track"[/i]. That is the complete track.
Very user friendly, Grid references (GR) throughout which I like. Good basic directions on finding the off track water supplies.
Not easy to obtain outside the online facility www.takeawalk.com.au, the online store is very quick.

Yes it is not bad but I much prefer Chapman. The maps are much better. Remember, it is all about the maps. :|
