Sea level to Pinnacle

I know it's been done many times, so I'd like to do it as well
Thinking of a sea level [start of Newtown Rivulet] to Pinnacle.
Have thought of also Sandy Bay - Chimmey Pot Hill - Springs etc

So is there some Scribe who keeps a record of this type of achievement for prosperity?

PS: When reaching the Pinnacle, yes I would consider completing the walk with a return to sea level again. Might do as close as possible the Darwin Route.
