Thanks for the link Steve. It's a useful article; as you say, concise and informative.
I found it especially interesting as I've been going to the gym quite regularly for the last 2 months to try and improve my strength, stamina, and balance for bushwalking. Some of the exercises I've been doing are the same as, or very close to, those in the article. I hope to get out walking for a few days next week and it'll be interesting to see if I notice much difference after a few weeks of training.
