History of Climbing in Queensland

Postby tas-man » Sat 09 Oct, 2010 10:25 pm

I have just spent the past few hours totally entranced, exploring this blog site http://climbinghistoryoz.blogspot.com/
which records the stories and history of climbing and climbers in Australia, and then concentrates on the writers research and interviews with Queensland climbers in the 1950's to 1970's. I found many familiar names in the stories from my bushwalking days in SE Queensland. Highly recommended!
