Yes, Ben Lomond it is. Talking to a Belgian man on the way down I said there was a Ben Lomond on Scotland and Tasmania as well. He said Ben Lomond must have been a famous man.

It is on the island of Borneo, the bright lights top right are a significant city, and I'm at about 3800 metres at this stage

Exactly Eggs, either Mt Kinabalu or specifically St John's Peak. The final 1000 m of Kinabalu with all the various peaks is quite otherworldly.
