That is scary! I'm sporting a chrome dome, because it was starting to go wild, and getting to a barber was too challenging.

My initial thought was somewhere in the wellington range, maybe mt Montagu looking at Picton partly covered in cloud? Doesn't quite feels right though.

it's higher then Misery too. It's probably not all that well known. With a gravel track leading to a couple of towers on the summit

There aren't too many sight lines to go off, but that is West Portal over Pictons right shoulder. I could see a bit of Fed over the end of the South Pictons too

It sounds and looks like grey mtn on the snug tiers but if not (as Lasts guess was close not incorrect) is there another high point with towers up there nearby?
