OK thinking cap on. The only two things that come to mind that far onto the western fall, with an actual trig, are Townsend and The Sentinel.
The background doesn't match any of my Townsend photos.
Sentinel looks visually closer but probably too far north, as Watsons Crags has been ruled out. I'm excluding Twynam for the same reason.
The only similar view from my own photos is from Alice Rawson, but there's no current trig there from memory.

I'm running out of peaks I've visited. I toyed around with Carruthers but dismissed it, as it only has a trig marker, no structure.
The only other thing I found is Windover Knoll, but I have no idea what's there.

Not Windover Knoll nor Townsend. The trig is marked on the topo maps.

This waterfall is a lot further on than that and on a different creek.
I could probably walk to it in 2 or 3 hours from Karloo Pool.
Maybe a bit less if I took an off track shortcut I know via Olympic Pool.
