Falling Mountain/Never Never

Postby Lostsoul » Sat 25 Dec, 2021 7:48 am

Hi all,Merry Xmas
I am planning to climb Falling Mountain from the overland track, camp somewhere just past Reg Wadley and make that a base for a couple of nights, then a day trip to climb Falling Mountain go into the Never Never and if time one or two waterfalls before returning back to camp.
Anyone done Falling from the OT recently or walked through the Never Never?

Hi Lostsoul,

Umm, I might have missed something, but I can't understand your route. Reg Wadley as in the hut in Lees Paddocks? The route from there doesn't go through the Never Never. Just up to the OLT ear Kia Ora, then to Du Cane Gap etc.
