Noticed this story on the Advocate Web Site.
The slopes high up on Cradle Mountain could have been mistaken for Antarctica, but that didn't stop seven members of the State Emergency Service completing their winter skills training over the weekend.

There were two forum members on that training exercise.
This makes me the first man to climb Mount Everest backwards, without oxygen...or even a jumper.

Only mad dogs and Tasmanian SAR volunteers go out in the noonday blizzard. :P
