Murphy's Law would suggest that if you take snowshoes, you won't need them. And if you don't take them, you'll wish you had!
My spies tell me there's a light dusting of snow in most high parts, and certainly on the peaks. And there could be a bit more coming on Sat and Sun, although rain is more likely. So quite honestly, if you're heading off on Mon., it's not looking like snowshoes will be needed, IMHO ... But beware of Murphy

Maybe have them in your car (if you're taking one), ask at the visitor centre when you get there, and then decide.
