State Emergency Service Training at Cradle

Noticed this story on the Advocate Web Site.
The slopes high up on Cradle Mountain could have been mistaken for Antarctica, but that didn't stop seven members of the State Emergency Service completing their winter skills training over the weekend.

Yeah, silly buggers aren't we!! I wonder if some of the other SAR team are forum members as well. . .I've never asked - bit slack huh

Only mad dogs and Tasmanian SAR volunteers go out in the noonday blizzard. :P
