Injera & Fuul

If you miss tucking into fuul from your neighbourhood ethiopian restaurant whilst deep in the bush, try dehydrating small segments of injera and add to your dehydrated curry mix. Can confirm it's a ripper dish and tastes pretty fresh - after all, the best injera is the stuff at the bottom of the plate which has soaked up all the goodness, and yeah, soggy!
