Been casually looking for vegan hiking boots and came across these made in Italy jobs. Not sure what 3 season means though....
Anyone tried them or have other recomendations for winter hiking?

What are they made of? Three season might suggest they are not fully waterproof.

Please let us know if you have any luck with the vegan boots.
I spent years looking for a decent pair of vegan trekking boots but failed to find anything sufficiently sturdy and waterproof for the distances and terrain I cover.
Ended up rationalising that I wear merino thermals, woolly beanie and eat any brand of chocolate on special so was already compromising myself ;)

Yes...always compromises :) Me honey. Down for coldness....me 2 legs baaaaaad...
This is the material:
Vegetan Micro
The toughest, hardest wearing and most water resistant breathable material that we use. Like all our materials it takes little 'breaking-in', is exceptionally like high quality leather in performance and has a distinctive grain. Use polish or dubbin.
In an email the supplier said: 'They are as water resistant as shoes can be without being wellies. ;)'

Bullet bitten. Will let you know how they go.

It feels right to protect our environement more by going the vegan choice.
