Tent: 6 Person 4 Season under 20 dollar

Bushwalking gear and paraphernalia. Electronic gadget topics (inc. GPS, PLB, chargers) belong in the 'Techno Babble' sub-forum.

TIP: The online Bushwalk Inventory System can help bushwalkers with a variety of bushwalk planning tasks, including: Manage which items they take bushwalking so that they do not forget anything they might need, plan meals for their walks, and automatically compile food/fuel shopping lists (lists of consumables) required to make and cook the meals for each walk. It is particularly useful for planning for groups who share food or other items, but is also useful for individual walkers.

Tent: 6 Person 4 Season under 20 dollar

I noticed Dino Direct are advertising this tent line on ebay. I do hope no-one buys one and sets off on into the snow (especially putting in a big first day!)
What caught my eye though is the price  I dont think you would but enough cheap cotton at spotlight for $20...

6 person they reckon... right. The person holding the fly open in the last picture puts it into scale, bit of dead giveaway...

And reading through the comments.... do they seem like they've been lifted from other reviews to anyone else? One comment says it's a 5 person, another says it's a two person, and apparently it's now a Eureka tent... hmmm, smells fishy.

Only time i'd consider squeezing in a tent like that with 5 others would be if they were swedish backpacking babes...

4 season they say?? I'd be hesitant calling it 1 season.
Nothing to see here.

6 people might fit in that tent if they were stacked!

And ‘4 season tent’? They must get different seasons to the ones we get down here. . .hmm
Bring a compass. It's awkward when you have to eat your friends

If you did fit 6 people in there i am sure you would survive a winters night

They do say to stay warm you need to share body warmth and i am sure there would be lots of sharing!

Those comments are off Amazon. Minus a few words and few added spelling mistakes.

C'mon, its only $20.... and cheaper by the 100.... I'm sure my dog would fit in there (perhaps) but I wouldn't sleep worrying about him..

Yes, very dodgy. I fired off an email to ebay, i'm sure they wouldn't dream of sponsoring such crooks...

Good Lord! 4 season means Early summer, early mid-summer, late mid-summer and late summer. It looks like a good shower tent for car camping! It also does not specify a weight that I can see, i assume it weighs a bit. I might get one for my next winter trip!
