I just noticed that Altra has a new hiking boot -Tushar - tougher than the Lone Peak mid by the looks of it.

Unfortunately, Wildfire says it’s not coming to Australia!

Not sure if this means ever - or just not through them?

Try New Balance, and stick with the runners.

Scarpa and La Sportiva are other brands that may work also
