Keep getting smashed by the US Postal Services exorbitant rates every time I need a replacement part from Big Agnes. Great tent and great customer service team however I've learned my lesson and will never buy a tent from an overseas company again! Does anyone else need any parts and would like to do a group order and share shipping? Based off my last order it cost 37.50 usd to ship 2 pole segments. Alternately if anyone has a decommissioned big agnes tent and is willing to sell some parts please message me!

Try extremtextil in germany for dac poles. Cheaper postage on small orders
