Okay -- seems there are a few things going on with these emails.
some are going to spam folder and some were not even getting that far
Most people's emails were sent and accepted by their mail server. About 5-10% of users (mostly those on iinet and related customers) had the emails rejected. Seems iinet wanted extra verification that the emails where coming from a valid server before they would even look at them. I managed to make some changes and it seems all the emails are now been accepted by the mail servers.
If you can't see the emails from now on - can I suggest you check spam folders and mark them as not spam. If they are not there - then let me know and I can test the routeing of the specific email.
thanks -- sorry it took so long to work out what was going on.
Matt
