Embedding videos?

I've searched but can't find the answer to my question. Something that's been bugging me for sometime now.

How do you embed Youtube videos, so that the video is on display and not in a short cut format?

This is one feature that I could never understand and how to setup. Video is now embedded, I hope you all like my video trip report, I've put a lot of work into the video production. Trying to improve my video taking. I think it's getting better with each video. I can't wait till my next trip and trip report.
